Gold Killer EA (MT5)
An MT5 Expert Advisor for XAUUSD on the M5 chart. It trades one idea: when price closes through a 1-hour level, comes back to retest it and holds, it enters in the direction of the daily trend.
- Trend filter: daily EMA 20 vs 50. Flat trend = no trades.
- Entry: retest of a broken 1-hour swing level, confirmed by the close.
- Stop 1.25 x H1 ATR past the level; target the next level, minimum 2R or the trade is skipped.
- Stop to entry part-way, Friday close, one position at a time.
- Fixed lot or % risk; daily loss limit and max drawdown guard. No grid, no martingale.
- On-chart dashboard: trend, nearest levels, open trade, today's record.
Backtest (MT5 Strategy Tester, real ticks, XAUUSD M5, 1 Jan - 14 Oct 2026, $10,000, 0.01 lot): 139 trades, profit factor 1.50, net +$976, max drawdown 3.05%. Backtest, not live results; the settings were tuned on this period, so live results will likely be lower. Expect losing streaks. Test on a demo account first.
